The leap into the new Millennium, Leipzig’s treasure chamber, open to everyone and full of surprises. Dive into the fascinating history laboratory in the heart of the city.

The Neubau (Annexe) is the centre of the modern Stadtgeschichtliches Museum. It houses the administration, collections and service departments, and the museum’s eight outposts are directed from here.
This modern functional building is home to numerous special exhibitions and also the youth museum “Lipsikus,” which opened in 2004.
